Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, if you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.  We will review your request, and if approved, we will offer an exchange or refund.

To request a return for review, you can contact us at beachbentoarts@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the problem.

If your request for return is accepted, we will send a return label along with instructions on how to proceed.

*Due to the fact that many of our items are one of a kind, there is no guarantee that you will be able to replace your exact item.
